I need to set up a Youtube channel for myself. 2 questions;
- Should my channel be my name, or something more industry or location related?
- Does Youtube take MP4 format or just MOV?

Based on personal experience, you will greatly benefit by using your name rather than your companies name. This helps when people search for you on Google and also helps personalize your account/videos.
YouTube will take both of those files!
