@paula-martin – this week she is learning to delegate and to hand off some of her work in her business so she can focus on the important stuff. This is a big deal because she has a hard time delegating work 🙂
@tatyana-shivers – she has a new listing from her client whose property she manages. She decided to make a cash offer to her client and she is buying $30K BELOW the list price in this market!! That is amazing!!! SHE GOT THE LISTING OFF OF LINKEDIN!!! She signed it over 2 months ago.
@cindy-cowan – she managed to get her deck restained!! AMAZING 🙂
@james-easter – he is new to the program and after being out of the business for 18 months, he is ramping up by joining this program – out of nowhere, a client he was working with called him that they have a 2.5MILL lakefront property to put on the market!! That is absolutely great to hear 🙂
@mark-clark – he is closing on his 1.2MILL sale! He sold a property that people could not get into because it has a tenant and he got it under contract!! He hired a company that is a funneling company that funnels people in the area to him for pricing on their home. He already has 10 requests for pricing!! WOW!!!
@laura-olive – this program has been excellent for her!! She remodeled and moved back into her house and she has been listing and selling her properties! She says she’s going to have a good closing month in June and July! She says the main thing is having positive energy and what she wants to do with her life.
@michael-travis-2 – put a listing on yesterday and did a delayed showing – he already has 2 offers and 18 reservations to come on Saturday! 🙂 good luck with the open house!
