What does the Need Help box on the bottom left corner do?

What’s the best way to request for help now?  FB, the Need Help box, or here at the Forum?

Hi @sharon-wu, glad you got the issue resolved. The green box is a chat to ask for assistance in case of a technical glitch, similar to the one in your case.

I hope you did get my message.  I send the request for help yesterday through that need help box, this forum and the Facebook message.

I got the response after I reach you at the FB message.

Now we know this forum will work, but slow.  Not sure if you got the message from that help box or not.  It seems like going no where.

Hi @sharon-wu, the text box is ONLY for technical support with glitches and any issues with the training site.. now if you need help with feedback and other question please post them here in the support forum.
