@Let’s all welcome Tom Davis to the HECP family!
Tom’s looking to scale his Financial & Insurance business quickly and predictably using the latest in digital technology. He’s looking to work smarter instead of harder to hit his 12 year exit strategy (if he can bring himself to retire from a business he loves). His vision is to select & groom a handful of junior advisors to take over his business. And to do this he knows he needs to increase his marketing reach to attract the millennials and younger generation who are going to be clients for life. Tom also wants to avoid sacrificing his time freedom while striving to hit his goals so he spend more time at traveling and enjoying life outside of the office.
