I hope all is well.

I sent in my webinar through the slide creation module on the website. The notice I received is to wait 5 business days for the slides, and it has been about 7 business days, so I just want to make sure that it is being created. Can you let me know the status?

Let her know the date you submitted and ask her for your deck.  She never takes this long, so it’s likely already sent and in your spam folder or something.  If that’s not the case, she will turn it around very quickly, so ping her again 2 days later if you still don’t have it. Keep us posted, please!
