          or you can use:

          About Section:

          What you have written is good but because this is a sales letter, you’ll need a bit more information to convey, what you do, WHO you work with, HOW you can specifically assist them, and more.

          Here is an example of a realtor’s profile you can get inspiration from:

          Pro tip: go to Kent’s profile, copy his About section, and ADD your own information to it. His outline is what we teach in the program! This should really help you with removing those bullet points at the end and focusing on a powerful sales letter.

              How many days has it been since you contacted Lindsey? We like to give her at least 48 hours and she’s usually pretty responsive.

              NICE headline improvements you’ve made!! Looks so much better.

              About Section:

              You lost me with this sentence “Top of the market sales, first, in your neighborhood irrespective of price, place, or conditions of the time.”

              Break it down so it’s easy for anyone to read and understand.

              “I help clients like YOU ____________.”

              There’s also lots of “I” and this sales letter is really all about them, their pain points, and how you can help. I challenge you to replace some “I” with “you”.

              For example – FROM:

              I will advertise your property a multitude of ways. Our websites will be dedicated sites designed solely to drive traffic to the listed property.

              TO:

              When clients like you work with me, I make sure your property is advertised in MULTIPLE ways to make sure you get only qualified buyers looking at your home. Additionally, we have websites that are fully dedicated to driving traffic to your listed property!

              Try to implement those changes and then you’ll be good to move forward 🙂
