Hello,
I have a question concerning my ideal client and how I am targeting that person on LinkedIn.
In Real Estate, my ideal client is a busy professional, quick decision maker who will allow me to sell his current home and find his new, upgraded home and trusts me to handle all the details. However, I’m not sure this ‘profile’ exists on LinkedIn and don’t know how I’d go about targeting this individual.
My thought is should I target/connect with the people that potentially advise this person, such as wealth managers, CPA, financial advisors, Business coach, C-level head hunters, Estate Attorneys, etc.? If so, how would I go about this?
If this questions has been asked and answered, feel free to point me in the right direction.
On a side note the link for the Barker 20 doesn’t work, is it possible to email that to me?

Is there anyway I can get a recording of the interview I did for you guys at the live summit, Allison did say she would email but I didn’t get anything, I know how busy we can all get but I really want to see my red face and how I looked hahah thanks! @tony-liddic

P.S. As I have been joining more groups, looking at profiles who look at mine and connecting with more of my targets, I have also started reviewing my feed and commenting on connection’s posts. Seems to increase engagement. Thoughts on this strategy? I feel as though I am contributing to the conversation as recommended in group threads.

I am working on Module 5 and I am having a tough time coming up with Pre-Qualification questions. Since I am not selling a product or service I am having a difficult time coming up with good questions. My business in real estate investing so I am looking for clients who would be interested in investing. Can you please help me develop some questions that would help me identify good prospects?
I will do my best to call in for tomorrow’s call but if I can’t since I work my day job during the day then I will listen to the call on-line. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I am struggling with getting my connections to keep the scheduled time for our calls. I am finding that I don’t want to make small talk, I just want to be able to get to the point.
Also, how to I politely tell that that I am not interested in the products and services that they want to sell me. I only want to promote mine to them.

during the sales call, we are an investment company so don’t have a fixed price item to slash the price on so what do we do to give them an INCENTIVE to act NOW
we do have an acquisition fee and was thinking of cutting that in half for their first deal (I can see that as an option in the beginning to get us started) but not sure if that is viable to do ongoingly.?? open to suggestions.

Hi @gae-callaway! Below is how to find the call records:
- go to app.hecp.com
- click on ‘dashboard’ on the left side of the page
- click on ‘program’
- you will see a list of modules, scroll to the very bottom where you will see “Live Q&A Call Recordings”
- click on that
- find the recording date on the right side (you can scroll up and down)
- click on the recording you want to listen to

I actually found the infomercial and it is a post under publishing on the Transworld Facebook. It doesn’t have sound. I will also go through everything and use the link from you tube that I set up and try again, then email support.

Hey, @gae-callaway, did you find the recording? They usually are posted the NEXT DAY. All calls are listed in the pinned post at the top of every forum, in case you can join us today – I know you were having issues with your mic on the Mindset call last night, so I hope you can join us today. Also, PLEASE get the call links into your CALENDAR – very important!! So that you have it more easily.

@anthony-simonie – Hi Anthony thanks for letting me know where to find my question on the tape. I am sorry I could not make the call in person. My day at work ended up being like it usually is – back-to-back meetings all day.
Anyway, I appreciate the feedback from the team – @kent-littlejohn, @tony-liddic, @halle-eavelyn. I was stressed about trying to come up with questions since I only had 3 of my own and the sample had around 18 questions. After listening to the call I have added 3 more questions for a total of 6 so I am going to use that to start and then build on it over time.

I did find the recorded call link. I saw one answer to my questions but not all.
What do I need to get the chat voice? I unmute but nothing happens.
