Hi @negeen-dargahi, @halle-eavelyn,
https://www.linkedin.com/in/suefinley-showcasehomesforsale/
Please review my 4 questions:
4 Questions:
1. What kind of clients do you like to work with in your Real Estate business?
2. Do you have enough clients?
3. If I could show you a way to showcase your listings and super-charge your marketing, would you be interested?
(Send them the demo link)4. What did you think of the demo?
Here again, my business model is subscription-based. I want them to sign up and use https://showcasehomesforsale.com as a marketing tool for Single Property Websites.
Thanks,
Sue -

Hi @suzanne-finley Sue, nice job taking action on your 4 questions!!
I noticed that your questions are mainly qualifying questions and we want to avoid that.
The reason being: the goal is to create enough rapport with the 4 questions to get them on the phone with you and THEN once you’re on the phone, can direct them to your website, webinar, etc.
Please watch Halle’s video called “4 QUESTIONS” here –> Just search for the video titled ‘4 questions’
http://app.hecp.com/hecp/transformational-business-strategy/
This will help break down the importance and reason behind the questions.
4 Questions:
When you ask your 1st question “What kind of clients do you like to work within your Real Estate business?”
There is a good chance they will either not respond or think “none of your business”!
So instead, we recommend you start with a simple introductory message:
Q1: Great to connect, [NAME]! What’s your core business?
OR (if you already know their field of business)
Q1: Great to connect, [NAME]! What’s your core focus?
—
Question 2 could be better. How about:
Q2: Fantastic. Are you planning/wanting to grow your client-base in 2018?
OR
Q2: Fantastic. Are you planning/wanting to grow in 2018?
—
I like your Q3!! But please don’t direct them to a link. Do this AFTER you get them on the phone.
You can close with…
Q4: What are a few time windows that you have tomorrow?
2pm works perfect
Q5: What’s your mobile?
Great. I’ll call you at 2pm.
Talk soon,
