Hello Matt, this is Frances Hicks, I am new and need to be able to speak with someone. I paid a lot of money to be part of this and I am frustrated, as there isn’t a phone number to call and get help.  I need to know where to get started and then get up to speed. I have been unable to finalize certain forms that you are requesting. The one thing I hate to do is waste time, I don’t mind working hard, just not in reverse. I had someone call me to start with and I wasn’t ready. I don’t know who it was and have not heard back from anyone. We are getting into a very busy season and  I would like to start the new year with a big bang… for my buck. This was not cheap, so I want to make sure that I get my goals reached.   Someone can call me at 949-456-9777 or 949-831-9909.  the first number is my business line (cell) the other one is my landline.

I thought I had changed a call date with someone for this Friday, I need to know for sure, as I will be on the road at 2:30 and be gone the rest of the day.

Also, can you post the times you are on in other time zones. I have missed sessions, because I forgot that you are only posting in EST.

We are busy and it would help…if  I could see my own time zone and mark my calendar instead of thinking, OK, I have to deduct 3 hours from this… it is a big nuisance.
