As a Realtor, I feel like most of my initial contacts will probably not be immediate clients. I’m looking for some guidance on how to structure the phone appointments. My general idea now, is to learn about them and their business and how I can possibly help them. My goal will then be to position myself as their go-to Realtor when they have a need, or a referral. Am I on the right track? Are there any scripts to review for the phone calls? Thanks!
I want to word things as positively as I can. I’ve had business or the business of business overwhelm me. How to you properly express the desire to have a managable client stream. – Dean
