          I have a question about the HECP program.  Once you complete the 12 weeks of live call one-on-one coaching, I am assuming the following happens:

          1.  You have access to the program for one year from commencement date.
          2.  You no longer can participate in live coaching calls.
          3. You can continue to work in the program; however, if you get “stuck” on a module, are you still able to ask for and get help from someone?
          4.  Do you still have access to all the recordings?
          5. Do you still have access to all the tutorials?

              Hi @rose-bowman,
              Hope you are having a fantastic Thursday thus far!

              1. Correct. You have access to the program for one year from commencement date. However, you actually retain access to the platform and program (and all updates to it as time goes on and things change) for as long as we’re in existence. So it will go well beyond a year, but we state that it’s for 12 months simply because we can’t say ‘lifetime membership’

              2. Correct. Once the 12 weeks of coaching has passed, access to the live coaching calls expires as well. However, you DO have access still to all recordings of the live calls both past and future. Additionally, should you need additional support from our team, please do reach out as we very much want you to succeed!

              3. Absolutely. You can continue to work in the program and if you get “stuck” on a module or strategy, you can still post your questions to us in the Forums as you have done here, and/or reach out to help@coredm.com for further support as our team would love to help!

              4. Yes, you still have access to all recordings.

              5. Yes, you still have access to all the tutorials, modules and support. Furthermore, you will have access to all updates made to the program moving forward as well.
