I would like input on recruiting very high end investors for a complex holistic center (with geriatric care, child care, medical clinic, community center and more). I expect it would be in the area of $150 million to build and cover the first two years of startup costs. And I fully believe it could eventually become a franchise operation world-wide due to the services offered. Where to look and make contact with those investors is where I am stumped.
