I had multiple pre-qual calls with people in Oil & Gas (Accounting, IT, etc) who lost their jobs due to oil prices crush/Covid-19. I’ve connected them with recruiters and head hunters in my network in addition to sending E-book. Recruiters received these referrals from me but do not seem interested in accepting an invitation to chat on the phone (when I send Q4) and I have more referrals down the line. Recruiters are not my Avatar client but beneficial for me to know them. How do I need to change my strategy to get recruiters to speak with me on the phone? Try to get them on the phone before sending a referral?
Need more clarification why do I need to search for my Avatar in groups? For instance Oil & Gas group is only for Oil & Gas professionals as it’s stated. And I am in real estate. I did a basic Linkedin search for Oil & Gas professionals in Houston area, it’s over 200K people to go through…. I’ve grown my connections now closer to 800 and if I dig into network of my each Oil & Gas connection, that list goes on and on…
What is the difference between our personal LinkedIn profile and a LinkedIn Company Page?
It looks like you can create sub-pages?? with the Company Page.
Maybe you address this further in the modules, but please comment.
