I received info. on where to the hero story but before I try and figure that out can you check on the hero story that I attached to see if that works or if it needs to be tweaked? Also I still need to know about the customer journey. There are 12 blocks or steps. The first one mentions email traffic. What is it that you put there?

Hi, @gae-callaway we addressed this at 55 min into the call AND go back and listen to the call recording from last week – I know you asked this question and @kent-littlejohn went over this with you as well. Basically, the client journey is whatever path your customers take to work with you.

Here’s how to change your name from “owner” to @ken-taylor
A Participants window will appear.
Click the “Rename” button (shown circled below).
Enter your new name in the “New Screen Name” field and be sure to have the”Remember my name for future meetings” checked.
After clicking the blue “OK” button, your new name will appear.
