Dashboard Forums High End Client Program General and Technical Support Questions System has lost my former work, please help

        I was at 17%. Now, the system says I’m at 0% and my former progress and work on my avatar is gone.

        Help please? I don’t mind re-entering it. I did save a copy. But please let me know if I just have to start over.

          That’s odd, @tony-liddic, can you look into this?

          @carol-linden, if you don’t want to wait a day for a response, and if it’s no trouble to you, I recommend just going back and checking off those boxes to get you up to speed.
