Hi @lynn-larson!! NICE job submitting your profile for review — below are my comments:

First off, your banner image and profile image look GREAT!!!

          Headline (words under your name):

Lynn, it’s best to focus your sales letter on talking to either buyers or sellers. Not both.

I went ahead and wrote one for you that you can use!

          About section:

So, this is a sales letter and you want to actually write out what you do and how you help them.

Take a look at these realtors “about section” and I’d like you to copy what they have written (as we teach this in the program).

Just put your own information in some of the spots that apply.

Make these changes and let me know and i’ll take another look. You’re so close!!! 🙂

Negeen, what I was trying to do was target Millennial Buyers. In our area there are many many well paying jobs going begging for workers. So, there are  Many Millennials moving into our area to take these jobs and wanting to buy homes immediately or preparing to do so with in about 6 months.

In my research, about 80% of Millennials want to know and understand the process of buying a home. So, what I wanted to do was to set them up for continued contacts through teaching them about one process or entity that they would be doing or working with at a time and pretty much in order.

If you think that working with the sellers and revising my profile to target them would be better then I will quick as possible change to target buyers.

Hi @lynn-larson – absolutely. It’s good you know who you’re marketing to but the general organization of your sales letter is not recommended. Having a list of things you do doesn’t lead them effortlessly through their challenges, how you help them, WHO you work with, and what you do.

You can even copy Kent’s outline and add your own words to it to speak directly to millennials.

              Does that make sense??
