It’s a wonderful thing when you can help someone make a positive change in their life when it comes to where and how they want to live. I love empowering my clients. Some people want to move into a larger home while some would like to live in a home much smaller or more manageable. That’s where listening intently comes in. Whether young or old, its a joy to empower my clients by giving them the information they need to make the best decisions for them.

If they are selling it is a good feeling knowing that I’m able to help my clients make a wise decision on what to improve and what to leave as is, depending on their particular market. We then look at the best time to put their home on the market, which contractors are best to hire for their particular needs, and we cover all the nuances, all the way to having a team help them to get packed, moved, and set up in their new home!

Hi @glen-scharer! Nice work on revising. Few things:
Take off the quotation marks on your first pain point question. Also, don’t capitalize the beginning of each word in your summary. Write it normally.
How about you format your questions like this —->
Are you TIRED of bad tenants, management companies, AND continuous maintenance costs?
Are you considering selling your rentals for an easier less stressful type of investment?
Would it be convenient to make one call and have ALL of these problems go away?
If this sounds like something you’re worried about… I know EXACTLY how to help you!
(then you can go on with the rest of your summary, but take note of how I formatted above to keep your interest)
Your call to action could be more powerful!

You don’t really have enough information and I’d like you to refer to these examples of what we want your profile to look like!

Your first 2 sentences of your summary are the MOST important. How about you list 3 questions your clients struggle with. What are their pain points? “Tired of _____” “Want _______ but CANT?” “Are you ______?”
THEN, after you list pain points, say HOW you can help them and WHAT exactly you do to help them achieve that.
2 sentences how are you different than your competitorsWho you like to work with
Then add a call to action with your contact info:
If you’re wanting _______ then give me a call TODAY at _______to see if we’re a good fit!

@angela-mccants, I looked back on your revised summary and I really want you to look back at my feedback above ^^ and please look at the examples I provided. Look how long theirs is with the information they provided. You don’t want to write about yourself. You want to write about how you serve your clients and why they should work with you 🙂

What a powerful video @angela-mccants!! Love this. Okay so for sure add this to your LinkedIn profile and I would like you to work on your infomercial (when you get there) because it’s a great call to action video. Since nowhere in the video you sent me, it says “call me Today if you want _______”.
SO, when you get there, send me the script first and then I’ll approve you to film 🙂
