        The audio for the Hero Story audio live is so low that I cannot hear it. I increased my volume to full and still could not hear it.

        Can you help?

          Hi @joy-denton, sorry for the late reply! Are you still having this issue – I would recommend restarting your computer and/or using a new web browser. We find that sometimes there are technical issues that can be resolved that way.
