Hi there, @jon-felts! It is wonderful to have you here in the program – below are my comments on your profile:

Your background banner image and your headline both look FANTASTIC! You did a great job with that.

Your profile photo is very difficult to see. When you’re messaging someone on LinkedIn, the profile photo actually gets smaller which is why it’s important to have a photo mainly of your face and less of your body. Is there another photo you could upload for your profile photo?

Also, we have a graphic designer that you can use when you need her – she can add a white background to your profile photo if needed!

Your About section is SUPER! As Halle says, you are the benevolent ALPHA, and I could feel the calm boss energy coming from you! Excellent work.

The formatting of your sales letter is also great.
