Do you look forward to going to work each day? Do your employees? Work space that makes you feel good will bring the best results. How do you find that? Learn what’s important to your staff. You might start with an employee survey. Then call me and let me find what’s available in the location and in the price range you want.
I can help you refine the decision making process, set the boundaries of who gets a say and help you make the best decision.
My data base is extensive and I can provide pictures, maps, details, floor plans, and tenant finish options. Most of this can be sent by email so that touring properties is limited to a list edited by the final decision maker(s). Touring no more than 5 properties helps focus the decision. With my good listening skills and 30+ years of experience I often hit it with three properties and the first one usually gets the gold star. That’s efficiency.
A national medical device company needed to expand. I had relocated them before so confidence had been built. The facilities director communicated the needs, came to Denver and by the end of our 3 property tour a decision was made. Lease details were done on line. That is the way it is supposed to work. I try very hard to make that happen.
Negotiating skills are another thing I bring to the table. One of my clients had two equal owners. They didn’t agree on the priority list for their new space. I became the arbitrator. One of them told me later that I had saved the partnership. I can often help the parties agree.
If your company or organization needs to make a big change, or you have unique or quirky needs, give yourself plenty of time. A national environmental law firm was outgrowing their space. I had relocated them 4 times over 20 years. Thy have many layers of decision makers so we started a year before deadline. We needed every day.
If you have a need for a new office space, message me through LinkedIn, or email me at carol@chighre.com or phone 303-917-0688.

Hi @carol-high! This looks really good!
Remove the call to action “call me” from the intro of your sales letter. Any type of call to action goes at the end of your message.
Looks great 🙂 do you know how to put this in your LinkedIn page??
I’d also like to see what banner image and profile image AND headline you are using.

Thanks Negeen. I do not know how to get this onto my Linked in page. The picture and the background is good – but I also want to add my infomercial which you had approved earlier. I have some blogs to add and I don’t know how to do it.

Hi @carol-high – would it be easier for me to provide step by step instructions or a zoom call for you to watch and later implement?
