Hey @mark-clark, remove the 4th question that says “Need____ but don’t know where to start?”

Instead of saying the program you work for that’s changing the way real estate is being sold, why don’t you sell people more on that. Like this:

With my UNIQUE methods, I can get your home SOLD and shown to qualified buyers faster than most realtors!

Here is also an example of what it should sound like. Of course, this is a high-quality version but yours does NOT have to be this
high quality. Just look at the angle of the video and the lighting.
