Your profile photo is lovely but it’s very blurry. Do you have a photo of higher quality you could upload? Also, please send it through email to our graphic designer, Lindsey, and have her add a white background for you. This will really help the photo look professionally taken.
You also need a background banner image behind your profile photo. Please also email Lindsey, what your field of work is and she will create something custom for you.
Headline (words under name):
I really love the format of your headline but when you say “technology” my mind went straight to a laptop or phone repairs. Is that what you do? Being more specific will really help here.
I would consider revising this part a pinch from being so broad with the term “technology”.
About Section:
Okay, what you have is EXCELLENT!!! Very well written and you kept my attention the entire time!
I actually would recommend maybe honing in on cyber security in your headline, in my opinion, but you can always change your headline anytime you want.

Hi @roger-best, I find that perhaps we could navigate away from a computer/network being down and really hit a deeper pain point for your clients. Cybersecurity and technical difficulties could be better. Something like:
