I am not sure who my perfect client is. The product that I have help developed is a tax loss product to reduce taxes for people who have a lot of passive rental or other passive income for tax purposes. We don’t know of anyone else who has developed something similar for individuals. The people I am trying to reach are both the actual client who is a real estate owner with lots of income or the advisors to the client such as CPAs, tax lawyers, wealth managers, estate planners, etc. I am a CPA, my own clients I am reviewing with. Everyone I will be approaching will be new. In my own personal sphere I am approaching all of the advisors I know since I know them. So the perfect client for me is either the individual real estate owner or their advisors, two completely different kinds of profiles. And for the current year there is time pressure to get done before year end.
Hi @mark-gutentag, did you watch ALL of the videos for the perfect client lesson??
Those are very helpful when choosing who you WANT to work with. At the end of the day, you will be most successful when you work with clients you want to work with.
With that being said:
Its okay if these are new clients in your field, you have to start somewhere.
I say choose the one where you know you can be of assistance and later down the line, if you’re not happy you can switch or expand your clientel.
If you’re STILL confused, I suggest you hop on the live Q&A call with Kent and see how he can help 🙂
ALSO:
Please make sure you watch Halle’s video called: “CUSTOMER AVATAR” video in the Transformational Business Strategy module (bottom middle module on your MAIN DASHBOARD – turquoise with a bulls eye) video index is to the right of the video window, in alphabetical order.
This will be very helpful!
