Hi @mark-castillo! Okay, no problem – often times members ask while on the call so I just wanted to double check.

1. This could be anything from getting older and needing to downsize their home, maybe they are a young couple and will soon have their first child… trends like that!
2. Lingo or jargon – I would ask Halle on this (she knows a lot about real estate) but this could mean how knowledgable they are with terms such as “contingencies” “buyers agent vs. listing agent) etc.
