Hi @negeen-dargahi,

I’d like to ask if you have a version of the Perfect Client Accelerator Tool for Investors? (specifically, Real Estate).

I noticed that a question involved “selling something similar to them”. However as an investor, we are not selling them anything but we are actually the ones buying.

Also, what videos do you recommend for Real Estate Investors to check out?

Please inform me of your feedback.  For context, we actually have a nonprofit foundation that buys houses/gives out grants/educational solutions to help people with housing-related problems.

Hi @dixon-ng, the perfect client exercise is the only lesson that you do not need feedback one. This lesson is mainly an exercise for you to have a clear idea of who you WANT to work with. What you wrote is great – if you have a clear idea of who you want to target, you can move forward. This lesson is meant to get a better understanding of the perfect client for you.

We do not have any examples other than the details in the lesson.
