Hi @negeen-dargahi, I’m new to the program, and I’m working on the perfect client worksheet. I’m looking for Real Estate agents to recruit to my growing team. I’ve completed the entire worksheet, except for Question #6 – What is their lingo or technical jargon? I’m not sure what I’m looking for in this section… Can you point me in the right direction? Hey there @teresa-lajoie! Welcome to the program and nice job taking action 🙂

Yes, it could be as simple as “escrow” or terminology/lingo that you’re familiar with in the industry that your Perfect Client would know about. Does that make sense?

It doesn’t have to be an extensive list you write for the exercise, just a few that you believe your perfect client would know about.

Hey there @teresa-lajoie, it’s more of a deep dive exercise to get a better idea of who your perfect client is as a whole 🙂

But yes, keep moving forward – good question and you’re doing great!
