Hi Negeen,
I meant to respond to your answer regarding my question on the Perfect Client, but I don’t know where it went. It didn’t really answer my question probably because I am still confused. Are you saying even though the perfect client for me is both buyer/seller, I should only focus on one niche? It’s their personality that makes me enjoy working with them and that would be what makes the Perfect client for me.
I might be going a little ahead, but how would I attract leads with the type of personality I want to work with?
Thanks,
Becky Santarina

Hi @becky-santarina, if you check the notifications tab on the left of the screen, you will see my tags to you where you can see my feedback but YES you are absolutely correct.
Let’s say you’re the happiest working with home buyers and your perfect client falls into that niche, that would be a good one to focus on, and then in your LinkedIn profile sales letter, you can mention briefly that you can assist with buying and selling.
Does that make sense?

Hi Negeen,
Yes it does, but it doesn’t necessarily mean I enjoy working with buyers more than seller. I actually enjoy working with sellers more than buyer for the fact it is much easier. Buyers could be challenging. My preferred Perfect client is a seller but he is out of country and the other person is a senior citizen. Because of this I made my Perfect client be a buyer, since she is my second choice and available, therefore, I have chosen her as the Perfect client.
My question now is would it be possible to use my Perfect client as sample of the Perfect client but representing the seller side? What’s your feedback on that and suggestion? Please advise…
Thank you,
Becky Santarina

Hi @becky-santarina! Yes absolutely!
Your audience (seller/buyer) can be ever-changing – we just want you to have some idea of who you want to work with.
