          Hi there, @dennis-barrett!

          Nice job taking massive imperfect action on your profile! Below is my feedback:

          Great profile photo! Can you send it to our graphic designer, Lindsey, and have her add a white background for you?? Once she sends the photo back, please zoom OUT a little bit as your head is cut off.

          You also need a background banner image! I’d also like you to email our graphic designer and tell her a little about your field of business and she can create something better.

          Lindsey@coredm.com

          Headline looks good!!

          About Section:

          Dennis, you HAVE the right information, but the bullet points are taking away from this being a powerful sales letter.

          To save you time, check out Kent’s profile and use his outline and add your own information that you already have written. This will help your message stand out even more!

          https://www.linkedin.com/in/klittlejohn/

          You want to provide information that is:

          Telling your readers WHO you work with, HOW you help them and WHY they should work with you. It’s nice to educate them but not throughout the entire profile.

          Call To Action:

          (remove the all caps)

          If you’re ready for _______ then message me here on LinkedIn to see if we’re a good fit!

          Please tag me in your revision!! 🙂

            Here is my updated LinkedIn profile with updates to the Summary as you suggested.

            I have added my own background photo because I am still waiting on Lindsey

              Hi, @negeen-dargahi, @kent-littlejohn

              After having updated a new linkedin profile at    https://www.linkedin.com/in/dbarrett-realtor/

              I decided I needed to update the profile I had previously been using which has a premium subscription and all my connections

              it is at: https://www.linkedin.com/in/dlbarrett/

              I did just copy the Summary

              However, I do have some other questions.

              1. Should I be deleting existing posts and activity which is primarily ERP Consulting and Project focused?
              2. I have deleted several education items that were earned in linked in to just show a few.
              3. Under skills, I had a lot of skills with endorsements, I have removed many but still have many more.  I added Real Estate related skills, moved the top 3 to the top, but when you <Show more>  a lot of the Real Estate skills fall towards the bottom and do not seem to be able to be moved up.  Is that an issue?  Do I need to remove many skills that do have endorsements from my previous career?
              4. Recommendations – I also have several Recommendations from my prior career, should they be deleted?   It is like you are deleting part of your life.

              Guidance here is really needed.

                Hi @dennis-barrett, thank you for submitting that!

                For your first profile submission:

                Has Lindsey emailed you back the image for your banner yet?

                I’d like you to remove language such as BUT and however because it doesn’t make me feel confident in an easy process.

                I redid the first half of your summary so it is really powerful!

                //

                WHAT I DO IN A FEW WORDS:

                I help YOU sell your existing home to qualified buyers for the highest possible price all while reducing the stress of moving into your NEXT dream home.

                Essentially…

                You get the most out of your home by following my unique and custom Sales System, which results in high profit for you while I make sure all of the tedious work is taken care of!

                Have you had any of these past fears??
                >How can I find the home I want when there are so few on the market?
                >How can I avoid losing in one bidding war after another without paying way more than the home is worth?
                >How can I avoid having to put things in storage, stay in temporary housing and move twice?

                You are in the BEST  hands. With my many years of experience, I resolve any problems that could potentially arise.

                //

                Dennis, check out this profile from a realtor:

                https://www.linkedin.com/in/elois-fuller-9b033723/

                //

                Your other questions:

                For the program, please just focus on one profile. I would just leave it be – have future or new clients make recommendations and it will begin to be featured first! You can delete articles and posts!
