DIVORCE/Family LAWYERS and MEDIATORS: want your CLIENTS to bring you complete due diligence regarding their Real Estate Assets WITHOUT any additional work/expense on your or your client’s end?
With my special education as a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce Designation (RCS-D™), I guide DIVORCING COUPLES on how to AVOID ALL PITFALLS in connection with their properties. I collaborate with FAMILY
and MEDIATORS to help your clients make informed decisions. This service is for FREE. It’s completely on me.
WHO DO I WORK WITH? Spouses, either both or just one of them, divorce attorneys, family attorneys, mediators, home sellers and buyers, investors in the greater Los Angeles area, from Pasadena to the Hollywood Hills to Malibu.
I make LIFE EASIER for YOU and YOUR CLIENTS by helping them assemble all necessary information, complete your file so they can make an informed decision regarding real property. DIVORCING COUPLES, you will learn all deciding factors and risks of keeping your house, selling your house or leaving it to your (ex-)spouse. You want nothing to do with figuring it all out on your own? – I’m here for you to guide you through the jungle of papers. FOR FREE. I want you to keep the house for all the right reasons.
Please know, a PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT CANNOT BE UNDONE if bad things get uncovered later!
Divorcing is hard and that’s why I strive to make life for everyone involved a little lighter and brighter, a little less worried and stressed, by structuring and helping you assemble all the things you must have to end up in a good place again – and yes, my clients and I always have a good time despite the circumstances.
I’ve sold homes of clients at double the sq ft price of the neighborhood. I’ve helped buyers negotiate deals (even in a seller’s market!) that saved them $150,000.- on their new home.
What I do will make it easy for you, your lawyer and the judge to come to a conclusion based on facts found during due diligence and to make a decision that’s GOOD FOR YOU!
CALL ME TODAY so I can make life easier for you.

Great job taking ACTION, @korinna-sehringer!
Take THIS: “on your or your client’s end?” out of your headline – you don’t need it and you can give them the details later.
change: “With my special education as a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist”, to “As a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist”, etc.
your service is “free” not “for free.”
“You want nothing to do with figuring it all out on your own?” <- this sentence is not very clear – I can’t tell whether you are telling them/agreeing with them, or saying if they fall into that category, then… so I’d reword it. Less clever, more straightforward.
Change “a little less worried and stressed” to “and a lot less” – it goes better with the previous section of the sentence.
Your last 3 sentences are geared a lot more towards the buyer, NOT to your Customer Avatar, right? Rework those – remember who your audience is for the purposes of LinkedIn – and it’s a GREAT Avatar, BTW!!! Much easier to find than a divorcing couple who might need to sell their home. YAY!!
I also want your CTA to be less helpful and more like you MIGHT choose them. How about… CALL ME TODAY, and if we are a good fit, I will make your business easier for you.
Can’t wait to see the next round!!

thank you! Really liked your comments to my profile. Below is the adjusted one.
But I’m also having second thoughts on the Title line: not sure it will spark enough interest or even understanding. What do you think?

So you’re right, @korinna-sehringer – it’s pretty awkward. Divorce House Due Diligence – what’s that even mean? So what are you doing for the attorneys? What do the attorneys GET when they work with you? More time back, less stress. Try this: Streamlined Due Diligence for you and your clients. I’m your Divorce Real Estate Specialist-RCS-D™ and then explain the rest in the summary.
Now… is your Customer Avatar on LI the attorney? Are there enough of those on LinkedIn to narrow JUST to that? Because remember, for LI, we want you to pick ONE vertical niche and talk just to them!! See how muddy it is trying to pick your way through right now? If you’re an attorney, I’m talking to you 60% of the time. If you’re a divorcing couple, 20% of the time. If you’re an investor, I’ve got a sentence in there for you, too! JUST FOR LI, not for your full business, just talk to ONE NICHE at a time because that gives you the most bang for your buck – it lets the clients HEAR YOU BEST – when you tell ONLY that client what’s in it for them, they want to listen and then to take action. Otherwise, they don’t really relate – and with just 3.8 seconds to grab their attention, you need them to listen JUST to you! Make sense?
