Hi @nancy-anderson, a really nice job with your infomercial! Yes, I agree. Take out your company name and directly market yourself instead.

Your questions are good but a little generic. Really dive into their emotions and worries like:

Is your house STILL on the market and you’re running out of time??

Is the stress of selling your home the LAST thing you want to worry about right now?

Do you need QUALIFIED buyers looking at your property for maximum profit??

— Your 2nd paragraph of “i educate” can really be better and more powerful. Try starting it off like:

When you work with me, YOU get _________. Yep! You hear that right. ________.

^ see how attention grabbing that is? Just make sure your message isn’t dry.
