        Thank you so much for this training. I have been working through the program, but recently went on assignments in the TBS section and tutorials, etc. I came back to the modules to pick up where I left off and it shows 0% and I have to start again. That would be no problem but I am on week 7 (feeling of panic  :  ).  I also lost a week due to computer issues.

        How do I gain back what I’ve done and can I get a week extension?
