Called in today, but was not able to stay long.

1. Did my Barker 20-40. Received a few “accept”. A couple wanted to sell me on their product. Depending on the person I get to Q 2 and then ask if they want to Chat? No luck with getting ph no. Sometimes I go to Q4 and then “let’s chat”. No luck so far.
2. Finished Buying Guide Line. Starting on Selling
3. No new clients. But have two listings.

My listing in Ft.Lauderdale haven’t had much action. We have lowered the price twice and I feel it’s at the right price point. Having another Open House this Sunday. The season is coming! My listing in Lake Worth will be active April 5th. Having an Open House, right away, for this listing. I have advertised on all Social media and LinkedIn.

I have finished “fixing” the Buyers Guide.

I have not done the Barkers 40…more 20-30.

(last week was difficult. A friend passed away, and I had a colonoskopy/endoskopy done…)
