Hi @jimmy-pyka, nice job taking action on your profile! Few things:

Nice profile photo! Can you send it to our graphic designer, Lindsey, and have her add a white background for you?

You currently don’t have a background photo and you NEED one. I’d also like you to email our graphic designer and tell her a little about your field of business and she can create something better.

          Lindsey@coredm.com

          Headline:

This needs some work. How about filling out this template:

          Want _______ WITHOUT _______? ☆EXPERT _____ Helping Clients _____☆☞MSG Me!

Remember, you don’t want to add in your phone number in your headline because it comes off desperate for business. You add your # at the end of your summary with your call to action.

          Summary:

There needs to be better information and better organization to lead them effortlessly through your sales letter.

Please refer to these profiles from other realtors in the program. Copy the FORMAT/outline and pay attention to the way they lead you through their profile.

They detail HOW they help their clients, WHO they work with, etc.

          https://www.linkedin.com/in/marcustexada/

Please make sure you watch Halle’s video called: “BENEFITS MARKETING and BENEFITS MARKETING II videos in the Transformational Business Strategy module (bottom middle module on your MAIN DASHBOARD – turquoise with a bullseye) video index is to the right of the video window, in alphabetical order.

There’s far too much emphasis in here on YOU and not enough on THEM – these videos will help you see why it’s important to make it so much more about them!

You could start your summary off asking 3 short and sweet and POWERFUL pain point questions!

when you’re writing your testimonials, keep it SHORT. 1 sentence per testimonial.
You also need a better call to action. How about this:

If you’re ready for _______ then give me a call TODAY at _______ or message me here on LinkedIn to see if we’re a good fit!

Please tag me in your revision 🙂

            Please re-review my profile
I just went off the profiles that you suggested I pattern after and as a realtor, there is obviously a specific template that you advocate so that is what I did but with my specifics.

Let me know if there are other things I should do. I’m a little hesitant to see how this is going to be a break through for my linkedin but I want to stay optimistic

Hi @jimmy-pyka, this looks SO much better. Thank you for being willing to take direction as this has been tested hundreds of times 😉

              Few things:

Nice job on your profile photo, this looks way more professional.

Did you email Lindsey about your background photo? You need one.

              Lindsey@coredm.com

              Headline:

You need to focus on either SELLING or BUYING. Never both for your sales letter. You want to be direct with your perfect client. Pick whichever one you’re most comfortable with. I also want your headline to look more appealing. You could try:

Want Maximum PROFIT From Selling Your Home WITHOUT Stress?☆EXPERT Realtor Helping Clients In [LOCATION]☆☞ Message Me!

              Summary:

YES, this looks great! Look how alpha you sound! You led me right through your sales letter, provided the info and got straight to the point. Great work taking direction and action.

Once you make the changes above, please tag me!

I made the headline change but am still waiting for a response from Lindsey on the background photo.
What am I to do next? Submit the Trojan Horse questions? (4 Questions)
I see the template questions for Realtors so I assume I am still not re-inventing the wheel so I will just stay with those exact ones, right?
Am I to start sending the questions to my existing connections or am I to wait to see if I gain more after creating my sales letter in LinkedIn?
I’m wanting to “trust the process” but don’t know what I’m supposed to be anticipating if anything?
Do I need to just keep tagging you or are there others here to support me that I need to be including?
                  Thanks,

                  Hi @jimmy-pyka!

Smart man lol, yes, stick to the outline for maximum success!

Go ahead and use the 4 questions since you are a realtor. You know, since your profile looks loads better than what it was, go ahead and start sending out your Q1 to existing connections. Also, go ahead and start connecting with NEW people daily (17-23 at least).

17-23 connection requests and Q1 sent out daily is really our minimum – do that for 2 weeks, see what the response rate is like and then continue. This will help you get some good stats on the response rate, etc.

Proud of you and best of luck 🙂
