          Hi, @rod-horlings! First off, welcome to the program, and nice work taking action on your profile!

          Below is my feedback on changes I’d like you to make:

          Your current profile photo is good but i’d like you to have a white background so you really pop and don’t blend in. If you email it to our graphic designer, Lindsey, ask her to brighten the photo and add a white background for you. Once she sends the photo back, please zoom in more so we can see your face clearly.

          I don’t like your background photo very much. It’s not very inviting. I’d also like you to email Lindsey, and tell her a little about your field of business and she can create something better!

          Headline (words under your name):

          Awesome job on the headline! Looks great!

          About section:

          Your summary that you have written in the About section looks really good. There are a few tweaks i’d like you to make.

          Lowercase any words in the middle of sentences that do not need to be capitalized.

          Instead of starting off your About section with “🔹🔹 🔹Customer Driven, Client-Focused, Results-Oriented 🔹🔹🔹”

          What about:

          WHAT I DO IN 14 WORDS OR LESS.

          I help clients like YOU find more options in this market then you thought possible.

          (Rod, specify on WHAT options for WHAT market – your headline is giving me more info than your sales letter introduction).

          It Takes Effort and Sometimes UNCONVENTIONAL Methods To Reach My Clients GOALS.

          (I don’t love these sentences above because while it is unconventional, it doesn’t make me feel as confident about your services).

          With my UNIQUE methods, I make sure all of your goals with _________ are met!

          With the bullet points talking about what you dont do, try to just limit that to 3-4 bullet points. You dont want too many because most people won’t read that.

          The disclosure is good but a lot.

          Try:

          If I can’t find you a property within the first 30 days… you can fire me.
          If I can’t sell your home in the first 3 months you will not be charged a dime!

          If you don’t want an agent who is on the level and tells you anything you want to hear- I CAN’T HELP YOU.

          If you’re READY for _______ message me here on LinkedIn to see if we’re a good fit!

          Please tag me after you make the necessary revisions!

          If you go to ‘support forum’ and click on ‘annoucements’ at the top, you’ll see a post that has live support call info.

          IF you’re able to change your URL to just your name, that would be good.
