Hi @tina-lucarelli, thank you for submitting your profile for a review! I’m happy to provide my comments below:

Your profile photo and banner image both look fantastic!! Clean and immediately grabbed my attention!

Headline: What you currently have written is “Licensed Realtor at Rodeo Realty: Specializing in Luxury Residential Investment Properties, C.A.R, C.P.R.E.S, S.R.A.R, N.A.R, L.R.E”

BUT based on the teachings in the program, your headline is the best piece of real estate. Let’s really make it POP! Think back on your Perfect Client exercise* How about filling out this template:

          Want _______ WITHOUT _______? ☆EXPERT _____ Helping Clients _____☆☞Message Me!

          Here is one example:

Want SEASIDE Living With RESORT Amenities? ☆ I’m An EXPERT Realtor Helping Clients In Hilton Head Island☆ ☞ Message me!

          About Section:

I like how you’re asking pain point questions in your first few sentences, but you want to remove any form of call to action like “MSG ME” until the very end of your sales letter.

When someone clicks to view your profile, the first 2 sentences of your profile About/summary section are available for them until they have to click “see more”. That means, your first 2 sentences are very important.

Please only speak in 1st or 2nd person, so remove:

“Tina Lucarelli has a history of setting top-dollar trends in the neighborhoods she sells.”

^^ This makes your sales letter LESS direct.

So, in short, please ask up to 3 pain point questions and then continue with HOW you help your clients, WHO you work with, and WHY you’re the best candidate.

Also, you HAVE all the content, it just needs to be better organized 🙂

Pro tip: go to Kent’s profile, copy his About section, and ADD your own information to it. His outline is what we teach in the program! This should really help you with removing those bullet points at the end and focusing on a powerful sales letter.

          Call to action:

If you’re ready for _______ then give me a call TODAY at _______ or message me here on LinkedIn to see if we’re a good fit!

Please tag me after you make the necessary revisions! 🙂
