Your first question has a typo in it:

Do you want to make a smooth, stress free, transition from where you are to your Dream Home? – again, Want a smooth

 

Don’t repeat that line in the following paragraph.  So change it to:

Hi, I’m Leigh Whiteman, and I am a Realtor with over 33 years of experience.

I listen carefully to you and we discuss your needs in detail.

 

Also: One of those results is being able to move toward a stress-free dream home purchase.
– I’d change this to: One of those results is creating a stress-free dream home purchase.

Last, the last part of your CTA will fall a little flat when you read it out loud.  I’d just say: If you are ready to make your next move message me here on Linked IN or call me at 203-430-1467!
