        HI @negeen-dargahi

        Negeen, I am just about done with module 2.  I am so lost.  I am connecting with people in my local market using the center of influence to target on Sales Navigator.  I get the idea is to build rapport.  However, here is where I am stuck.

        Questions:

        1.  What is your core business—I get this
        2. Great sounds like we may be a fit for each other
        3.  What are some times that work for you to chat for a few minutes
        4. Great what is your mobile.

        What I don’t get at all is how I am going to gain a listing or business from them.  If I target a divorce attorney I get that I could respond to if they have clients in need of selling their home I could connect with them.  Also, I could refer clients off my own to them if they were getting divorced.

        However, if I contact people from Mayo Clinic.  I really can not benefit their business at all.  I know I am maybe overthing this but I don’t know how the other agents are getting listings.  Can you help me with this please?

          Hi @julie-fink –

          No problem, below I’ll provide some insight on ways to move forward and take action:

          First and foremost:

          Please make sure you watch Halle’s video called: “4 QUESTIONS” in the Transformational Business Strategy module (bottom middle module on your MAIN DASHBOARD – turquoise with a bullseye) video index is to the right of the video window, in alphabetical order.

          After doing so:

          I completely understand your reservation with the questions being targeted to certain people. In my opinion, it would take too much time out of your day to qualify BEFORE sending out the Q1.

          You never know if you can benefit until you build that rapport and get them on the phone and then you can fairly qualify.
