@amanda-hendrickson @negeen-dargahi
Please review my script for my infomercial and let me know what needs to be changed. I may have too many “pain points” but can tie them together as connected challenges. If I cut it down, which should I keep?
I’m a realtor in Metro Atlanta.
Thanks,
Jennifer Davis

Anonymous@Hi @jen-davis, This is a really great start!
I do think there are too many pain point questions. I’m going to cut and adjust a few of them and then add in an introduction:
Do you want to sell your house but have a ton of questions and confusion about the process?
Are you wondering if you should hire a professional stager, or do it yourself?
Do you know what happens if your appraisal comes in low?
Who is going to check the creditworthiness of your buyer?
(After you ask your 3 pain point questions, say:)
“If this sounds like you… I know EXACTLY how to help!
Hi, I’m Jennifer Davis and I am an expert realtor helping clients like YOU sell their homes quickly and at top dollar.”
(And then you can continue with your script.)
Selling your home should not be taken lightly. Who wants to risk making a mistake in selling one of your major assets!
I am 100% confident I can answer your real estate questions, guide you through the process, and mitigate your stress. All of that – AND I will find the right buyer at the right price, in the shortest amount of time!
So, if you’re thinking of selling, then call or text me today at 678-617-3331 to see if we are a good fit.
How does that sound to you?

Perfect! Thanks. I actually practiced a lot Saturday, and it was too long as it was. It came in at 49 sec. but at least I got comfortable with the process. I will work on it again today and send it over to you for review when I get it right.
I appreciate your help!

Hi @jennifer-davis! Don’t worry about the video being strictly 30 seconds, we just don’t want you to go over 2-3 minutes 🙂
