Hey @pat-finn, really great start on your infomercial!

I want the questions you ask to be SHORT and sweet 3 questions.

Your Q1 was 2 questions in 1.

Instead you could do:

“Is the idea of sell your home in the shortest amount of time giving you added stress that is keeping you up at night?”

^ see how I combined them? I want you to do that with questions that have 2 in 1 questions.

Regardless, make them powerful and short.

Next, you don’t actually provide information on how you’re going to help them. I want you to write 3-5 sentences on how you serve your clients. Why should they work with you??

Lastly, call to action.

Yours is good but this is better –>
