Here is my first go at it regarding the content for the 30 second video (for real estate). I’m not crazy about the “to see if we’re a good fit” at the end to be honest. It sounds sort of insulting to the high end market of people I’m looking to work with. I believe the tone of the initial phone conversation will determine from both of us whether we want to work together. What other endings can you recommend? As I read it out loud it lasted a minute or so.
Are you WANTING to sell your home for top dollar? Do you NEED to find the home of your dreams? Want a great experience with the least amount of stress?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, you came to the right place! Hi, I’m Dan Gagnon and I am a licensed realtor helping clients with one of the largest decisions of their lives.
My job is to listen to you carefully regarding your needs and your wants whether you’re selling your home or looking to buy your new home.
I will provide you with constructive input if needed to help you prepare your home for sale while providing you with actual recent sales data in your neighborhood to arrive at the highest price possible.
I will walk you through the sales process from start to finish to ensure you are well informed and comfortable with the process.
I only work with 2 – 3 clients at a time so I can dedicate far more quality time working with you each step of the way!
If you want to talk further then message me here on Linked In to see if we’re a good fit.
