Hey there, @pam-porter! First off, AWESOME job taking action on your video!! Your message came across clear.
But, I would recommend that you film again so it doesn’t sound like you’re reading a script. Popping in more engagement like a smile will really help personalize and welcome your viewers.
Good work! If you don’t have time to refilm, no worries. That video will do. But in the future, consider it!

Hi Pam,
I am getting ready to write my Infomercial, so I watched yours.
May I humbly give you my observations for your consideration?
- Move the camera up to eye level or a bit higher, so we are not looking up your nose.
- The photo in the background was drawing my attention away from you.
- I did not make it all the way through it, so you need to cut it down.
- When I went to watch it on Youtube, it was age-restricted. Unfortunately, I don’t know enough to tell you how to fix it.
“This video is age-restricted and only available on YouTube.”
- I would revise the copy, take out the reference to “clients,” and replace it with “you.” I felt like you were not talking to me because I am not your client. Possibly something like “If you are lucky enough to be my client, then ….”

Hi Ben,
constructive criticism is always welcome. The video project was a very difficult project for me. It had me backed up in the program considerably. While i do well with one on one interactions or small group, video is intimidating to me. It is my plan to redo it but felt the need heed the “massive imperfect action” perspective and move on so that i can take advantage of the full system. When i circle back i will definately consider these suggestions when remaking the video. The age restriction is only established for those 18 or younger so not sure why you can’t view?
cordially,
Pam
