I sent two posts a couple days ago under another topic heading and have not heard back from anyone…one of the questions I had was how to start a new Topic and a new post in the Support Forum. Can anyone help? I watched the tuotorial by the way and my questions were not answered.

Hi @paul-gennuso! My apologies for the delay – I responded to your posts!
Also – below I detailed out how you can make a new post in the Support Forum. We also have a tutorial in the Tutorials tab on the left-hand side of this screen.
How to make a new post:
- click on Support Forum
- click on the forum topic you want to make a new post in
- scroll to the very bottom of the page until you see a blank text box
- title the text box
- write in the larger text box with your post and or question
- click submit

Overwhelmed! Having technical difficulties. Trying to move through the first module. Having a problem with sound on the videoes. Checked sound on the computer and it is on. However, I can not hear the playing video. Please help. beverlyjohnson.bj@gmail.com

Hello Negreen,
I tried to go to the zoom call at 11 am but it would not let me in with the phone number or the id number.
I may have to click on the link to to it.

Hi @beverly-johnson – yes, if you are trying to join a meeting, it would be best to click on the Zoom link from either your phone or your computer. The computer is a recommended route.
Were you trying to join the technical call or the realtor call, this morning?
