Do you recommend that Realtors do the paid LI plans as opposed to free?
Since there are a lot of Realtors doing the HECP I thought you might have a feel for that as a group. It def makes sense to pay for other types of business.
Maura, I have found it emminently more value using LinkedIn Navigator and well worth the monthly fee. I have been able to narrow my search results to execs in certain professions, organizations and groups, geographically, and a variety of other ways. When you do that, and click to Navigator, the click to Search Leads, it will give you a total number of people who fit your criteria. It will then narrow in certain categories, including people who have been active in the past (I think it is) 90 days, and a category I use regularly, People Who Have Shared Experiences With You. That is where I go to do my daily connection requests. So, I am always connecting with people in the Denver Metro Area, and one of my favorite categories is sustainability. So my connection acceptance rate is very high, around 40%, and the conversations, meet-ups etc. keep me busy.
Hi @maura-bain-2, please look at @ken-deshaies awesome response above. I’d have to agree. If you do want more tools to access, upgrading will always be beneficial.
Thanks for the great feedback. Ken are you a Realtor and are you connecting with the topic of sustainability to grow repore (sp?) with your connections. Just not sure how I will go about that. And how do you go from a sustainability connection to real estate.
Also how do I actually go about signing up for Sales Navigator?
