        I cannot open most of the webinar samples. I can only open the top 2 which have red. Am I doing something wrong?

          Hi there,  @lily-todd! I went into your account to ensure the gold PDF links were working on my end, and it seems to be working fine.

          A reminder to only click on the icon. Then, it should automatically upload into the downloads folder of your computer.

          Could you please refresh your internet browser or open up a new internet browser and try again please 🙂
