This is actually a hard assignment. Kent’s video did help, except I still undecided who is my Perfect client. I am struggling with this question, because I feel that I didn’t have a lot of clients for me to really know who would be the Perfect client. But I have to agree with Kent about personality would be one I would consider plays an important part of who I would want to work with. My young buyer Nancy and her fiancé do fall in this category. The 2nd Perfect client is Ray the seller, but he retired and moved out of country. Because of the RE market right now I rather work with sellers would this become confusing please advise….
Hi there, @becky-santarina! Yes, I can absolutely help out with this.
We’ve had many clients that have been in the same position and if you don’t know who exactly you want to work with, try to think of an ideal “person” you want to work with. So, you can use both Nancy and her fiance as well as Ray – my best advice would be to focus on either buyers or sellers and go from there.
What did you like most about working with them? If it’s heavily on personality and their demeanor, perfect – use that!
This exercise is just to capture a better way of seeing who would excite you the most 🙂
Does that help?
