Okay, so today I responded to 16 connections with this, Hello (name) thanks for connecting and happy new year! What is your core business for 2022? Then I reached out to about 12 contacts that are pending. On Monday reached out to connect with about 30 people. Yesterday I didn’t reach out to connect with anyone, I was just responding to others. I would love to crack the code and figure out what I am not getting. I need leads and that is why I joined the program. Hope you can help me Nageen!

Hi @natalie-west! Thank you for providing that information. I want you to start connecting with at least 20 people a day. It doesn’t matter if they live in your area or around Texas – the more the better you will be able to get traction on your page.
Your first question is a bit too wordy. Try to use these Realtor questions below:
Q1: Great to connect ‘NAME’… what’s your core business?
Q2: Perfect! Do you live in [YOUR MARKET]?
Q3: Fantastic. How many years have you lived here?
That’s great! Let’s chat for a few minutes. I have a fairly big network that may benefit you.
Q4: What are a few time windows that you have tomorrow?
2pm works perfect
Q5: What’s your mobile?
Great. I’ll call you at 2pm.
