Call to Action in Webinar

Anthony,

We are in the process of editing the slide deck and are uncertain how the call to action that takes the viewer to the Bookme.com calendar should be integrated into the slide deck? Also, how are the free downloads made available to viewers who stay to the end of the webinar? Are they uploaded to the webinar website and then a link at the end of the webinar permits the view to download them or is it done some other way?
