I am a real estate in Naples, Florida and just joined the program.  I really hate to just focus on either buyers or sellers.  Is it ok to craft my messages to both buyers and sellers so I can target both for business?

Hi @frank-petras! This is a good question – below is my answer:

When you target one specific market for your sales letter (profile accelerator) this will really help you reach them effectively.

Speaking to two different groups makes your sales letter weak and makes it more difficult to empathize with them.

Based on results, it is best to focus on ONE group. Pick the one that you’re most comfortable and excited talking to.

You can even put a small section in your summary that says:

WHO I WORK WITH: I help clients who are ________.

Lastly, when you get them on the phone with you – you can also reveal that you help both buyers and sellers.

          Hope this helps!
