I’m a real estate agent. We deal across a very broad spectrum of clients who cannot be reduced to a single profile. Yes, engineers buy houses, but the chance of there being two of them in the same neighborhood would be slim to none.
Except for the general demographic data, house buyers and sellers in a specific area are different in just about all regards.
If I were a recruiter looking for retail store managers I could understand the relevance of your psychographic profile questions. However, not in my field.
Hey, Joseph – We want to make sure you are looking for your IDEAL CLIENT ON LINKEDIN. This is not your ONLY client – but you need to talk with them specifically – the more you do, the better they can HEAR YOU and want to BUY FROM YOU.
I would start by watching my Client Avatar video, which is in the Transformational Business Strategy library at the bottom of the modules on the main training dashboard. That’s going to help get your mindset into the frame of this being here to help. I get that you don’t want to mess something up, but we do want to encourage you to be coachable here, since that’s how we can best help. That may mean doing something you’re not comfortable with but trust us, MANY Realtor clients have been through the program successfully, and this is a core reason. Otherwise, @kent-littlejohn would have changed it long ago.
