Please review and provide feedback on my draft 30-sec infomercial.
Does Zillow say your home is worth a million dollars but like homes in your subdivision are selling for $300K?

Below is my feedback:
I re-worded and rearranged your pain point questions – let me know how you like it:
Do you need a proven plan to get your home listing in front of qualified buyers?
Does Zillow say your home is worth a million dollars but similar homes in your subdivision are selling for $300K?
Have you been daunted by the selling process and its uncertainty?
This sentence below is quite long, can you break this up?
“When you work with me, YOU no longer need to guess what your house will sell for because you will receive a Market Analysis with real comparables that will give you a range to price your home.”
I’m not sure how I feel about this line “We will take the daunt out of daunted.” — maybe reconsider?
